• “You”, “Client”, “Customer” refer to the individual or business using our website or purchasing our services.

2. General Use of the Website

• You will not use this website for illegal or harmful purposes.

All services are delivered based on agreed specifications between Flersovaz and the client.

4. Quotes, Pricing & Payment

• All prices are listed in Mauritian Rupees (MUR), unless stated otherwise.

• Quotes are valid for 7–14 days depending on the project.

• Payment terms vary by service:

  • Digital services: Full payment or a non-refundable deposit before work starts.

  • Commissioned artwork: A non-refundable deposit (usually 30–50%) must be paid.

  • Physical products: Full payment before shipment or delivery.

• Payment may be made via bank transfer, Juice, or approved platforms.

We reserve the right to revise prices at any time.

5. Turnaround Times

Delivery times depend on workload and the complexity of the project.
Delays may occur if:

• The client provides late approval or incomplete information

• There are external issues (printing, courier, weather, etc.)

Timeframes provided are estimations, not guarantees.

6. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide clear and complete instructions

• Supply accurate texts, files, and information

• Ensure you have the legal right to use any content you provide

• Review drafts within the requested timeframe

Flersovaz is not responsible for errors caused by incomplete or incorrect information from the client

7. Revisions

• Minor revisions are included depending on the service.

• Major changes (new ideas, rewritten text, new artwork concept) may incur extra charges.

• Revisions after final approval are treated as new work.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property

8.1 Work Created by Flersovaz

Unless a written agreement states otherwise:

• All creative work (text, design, artwork, concepts) remains the property of Flersovaz.

• You receive usage rights for the purpose agreed (e.g., printing, publishing).

• You may not resell, duplicate, modify, or distribute the content without permission.
  
  

8.2 Client Materials

You confirm that:

• You own the rights to any material you provide.

• You give Flersovaz permission to use the materials to deliver the service.

9. Use of Artwork & Portfolio Display

We may display completed work on our website or social media for portfolio purposes.
If you prefer your work to remain private, inform us in writing.

10. Cancellations

You may cancel a service before work starts.
If work has already started:

• Digital work: refund not possible

• Commissioned art: deposit is non-refundable

• Physical items: cancellation only before production

11. Limitation of Liability

Flersovaz is not responsible for:

• Lost profits or business losses

• Printing errors caused by third-party printers

• Delays due to couriers

• Website downtime or interruptions

• Differences in colour caused by lighting or screen display

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Mauritius.
Any disputes may be resolved through negotiation or through the Mauritian legal system.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website means you accept the updated Terms.
