1. Delivery Methods (Mauritius)

• Normal Post Office Shipping

Delivery within 3–7 business days.
Ideal for journals, prints, and small artworks.

• Express Post Office Shipping

Delivery within 1–4 business days.
Faster delivery with priority handling.

• Free Regional Pick-Up Points

We offer free pick-up at selected locations around Mauritius.
Pick-up details (location, date, and time) will be provided once your order is confirmed.

• In-Hand Delivery (Doorstep Delivery)

Available for an additional fee, depending on your region.
The delivery fee will be communicated before final confirmation.

2. Order Confirmation & Processing

Since we do not use a checkout system, all orders are confirmed manually via:

• Direct message

• WhatsApp

• Email

Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, it will be processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

You will be notified when:

• Your order has been prepared

• It has been dispatched

• It is ready for pick-up (if applicable)

3. Tracking Your Parcel

For Post Office deliveries, a tracking number is provided whenever available.

You can track your parcel using:

• The Mauritius Post tracking website

Tracking becomes active once the Post Office scans the package.

4. Shipping and Delivery Fees

Fees depend on the delivery method:

• Normal Post

• Express Post

• In-hand delivery

• Free pick-up 

We will inform you of the exact fee before confirming your order.

5. International Shipping

We do ship internationally, but prices vary based on the destination.

Customers must contact us directly to arrange international shipping.
We will provide:

• Available shipping options

• Estimated delivery timelines

• Costs

Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

6. Delivery Address

Please provide a complete and accurate address when placing your order.
We are not responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, additional charges may apply for re-delivery.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Certain items (large artwork, fragile pieces, or special materials) may require specific packaging or delivery arrangements.
We will inform you if special handling is needed.
