Thank you for choosing Flersovaz. We prioritise quality and transparency. This policy explains when refunds or returns are available for digital services, commissioned artwork, and physical items.
Digital services include:
Editing, proofreading, translation
Ghostwriting
Cover design
Typesetting, layout design
Publishing support
Digital artwork
Refunds are not offered once work has started, due to the personalised nature of the service.
If work has NOT started, a refund may be considered.
Number of revisions included will be stated in the project agreement.
Extra revisions may incur additional charges.
Commissioned artwork includes paintings, illustrations, or any made-to-order creative work.
Deposits are non-refundable.
Work begins only after the deposit is received.
No refunds will be given if:
Work has already started
The client changes their mind
The client dislikes the style after approval of initial sketch/concept
This includes journals, handmade products, prints, and artwork.
The item arrives damaged
The wrong item is delivered
The product is defective in a significant way
Clients must contact us within 7 days with:
Order number
Photos of the issue
Description of the problem
If approved, we may:
Replace the item
Provide store credit
Offer a partial or full refund (case-based)
Change of mind
Colour variations due to screen differences
Courier delays
Lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation
Abusive or fraudulent claims
Exchanges depend on stock availability.
Custom items CANNOT be exchanged
We are not responsible for:
Courier delays
Damage caused by third-party couriers
Incorrect addresses provided by the client
